- Hello!! Good Day! I am here again for our 2nd blog in Edtech ll. Last time were talking about the new normal in this Pandemic and How is the new normal in Education and What we are expected to happen? Many question in our minds if education is still going on? Inspite of what happening right now but tge answer is, Yes we are still continuing in our learning. This is a good news for us because it shows that situations cannot stop us from learning. So here it goes…..
Last Saturday we have our first meeting in Edtech ll leaded by our instructor sir. Cutanda. The set up of our class is different from the usual classes before. The setting was online and we use this Zoom application to connect us even, we are in different places through online platform we gather again in one class. I remembered last semester our group tackle about MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) which was being practice in First world country like, USA, Canada,London, Singapore and other countries. The good thing is now we are now embracing this new kind of learning through online platform. The biggest hindrance to this learnings is our internet connection because here in the Philippines the internet connection is very bad, and we known as having slow internet connection however we still pursuing this online class because it us the safest way of learning now in the midst of Pandemic. This is evidence that our education is now evolving, truly we are now living in 21st century of learning. It is a great experience to have thus new kind of learning other called it blended learning. In our discussion sir. Cutanda introduce what will be our course content if Education Technology ll, here we tackle about how to conduct a online Class, preparation of the equipment and tools needed in online class. He share also very important tips in how we present ourselve in the front of the camera and taught us to be an artista in the front of the camera. (😁😁😁😎😎). Our first session was successfully done and before we end our online class. He gave us assignment to do our own video tutorial or class discussion, I think it will be exciting. Before we end this blog let me thank our instructors sir. Cutanda, job well done sir, to my classmates that always excited to learned. All of you inspire me to keep moving on inspite of this crisis.
